Almarhama is a Canada-wide, Sharia-compliant online platform designed to help Muslim families prepare for the future with peace of mind. Below are some of the most common questions about our services, how they work, and how you can benefit.

Almarhama is a Sharia-compliant online platform offering tailored Islamic Wills, Incapacity Planning, and a Community Funeral Fund for Muslims across Canada. Our mission is to provide Muslim families with a simple, legally recognized, and faithbased way to plan their estate, health, and funeral needs according to Islamic principles.

Any Muslim adult residing in Canada can use Almarhama. Whether you are single, married, or have a family, our services are designed to meet your unique needs in a fully Sharia-compliant and legally recognized manner.

Unlike conventional legal or online will services, Almarhama integrates Islamic law (Sharia) into every aspect of planning from inheritance distribution and incapacity decisions to funeral arrangements. You’ll also benefit from exclusive access to our Muslim Community Funeral Fund, which provides financial and charitable support at the time of a subscriber’s passing.

An Islamic Will (Wasiyyah) ensures that your estate is distributed according to Sharia inheritance laws after your passing. It defines how your wealth is divided among your heirs, protects dependents, and ensures that your wishes are both faith-compliant and legally valid under Canadian law.

Individual Will: $250 one-time fee
Family (two Wills): $350 one-time fee
Monthly maintenance: $4.95 (individual) / $7.95 (family)
This includes access to ongoing updates, secure document storage, and free enrolment in the Muslim Community Funeral Fund.

Yes. Life changes marriage, children, new assets may require updates to your Will.
As an Almarhama subscriber, you can easily update or amend your Will online at any time through your secure account.

Incapacity planning prepares for situations where you may become unable to manage your health or finances due to illness, accident, or old age. In Islam, ensuring your affairs are managed ethically and responsibly is a form of Amanah (trust). Almarhama’s incapacity planning service creates Sharia-compliant power of attorney and healthcare directives, ensuring your values are respected even when you can’t decide for yourself.

You should appoint someone trustworthy, mature, and familiar with your Islamic values ideally a family member or close friend who understands your wishes and can act in your best interest.
